Who Are We?

Flow CYPS is a OFSTED Registered service that has been set up by two like-minded professionals who have over 30 years combined experience of working with children and young people. With the aim of wanting to make a bigger difference in young people’s lives, they have come together to form Flow CYPS which is a service that will offer high quality care and support services for young people.

Meet Our Team

Flo

Responsible Individual and Director

I have a wealth of experience as a qualified social worker with over a decade of dedicated experience in safeguarding and improving the lives of young people. I am well equipped to lead and oversee the operations of providing accommodation which supports vulnerable young people into independence. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advocating for the welfare of young people. My role in various local authorities within safeguarding teams has enabled me to hone my ability to collaborate effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people. My expertise lies in my comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by young people, particularly during transitional periods. This will ensure that accommodation settings under my supervision provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for the growth and development of young people in our care. When not at work, the only things that keep me seated is watching Formula One where you will find me cheering Lewis Hamilton.

Kut

Director

With more than 20 years in the field, I've dedicated myself to supporting young people in various capacities. Whether it's devising effective interventions for substance issues or crafting tailored mentoring programmes, my focus is always on making a meaningful impact. Outside of work, I find joy in the world of buying and selling, and you can often catch me rooting for Stoke City. I look forward to this chapter, in offering supported accommodation for young people, with the goal of creating a service that's truly exceptional and stands out in guiding them towards independence and adulthood.
