Located next door to each other, our accommodation consists of two terraced properties specially designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for young people. Our homes are warm and loving place where young people feel safe and supported.
Our homes are resourced and decorated to a very high standard, and we have a maintenance team which is dedicated to ensuring that the standards do not fall below unacceptable levels.
Our Accommodation
Spacious Bedrooms
Each property offers two double bedrooms, providing ample space and privacy for two young people in each home. Our bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable and personal retreat for the young person.
Fully Equipped Kitchen and Bathroom
Our properties feature fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring that residents have access to essential amenities for daily living. From preparing meals together to maintaining personal hygiene, our facilities are designed to support the everyday needs of our young people.
Shared Living Spaces
Young people will enjoy a shared living area, providing a welcoming space to relax, socialize, and engage in recreational activities. Our living spaces are designed to promote a sense of community and belonging among young people.
Dedicated Dining Areas
In addition to the shared living spaces, each property includes a dedicated dining area where young people can come together for meals and group interventions. These spaces are versatile and adaptable, accommodating both one-on-one interventions and group activities.
Enhanced Security Measures
To ensure the safety and security of our young people, both properties are equipped with CCTV surveillance outside. This additional security measure provides peace of mind for residents and staff alike, promoting a sense of safety and well-being within our accommodation.
